Houses built on stumps are relatively easy to treat to prevent termite attack (so long as there is plenty of sub-floor clearance). There are 3 entry points where termites can enter into these properties.
  Entry point is up the side of a concrete or wooden stump.
Is up the side of the brick piers and perimeter wall.
Is from under a concrete step (abutting house wall).
